Carter’s Review

"The "Ladies Mile" section of the Avenue of the Americas south of 23rd Street has several wonderful large former department store buildings, some of which have been converted into residential condominiums and some of which have been upgraded in recent years for retail uses.

Diversity is important and Gerald Brauser commissioned Garrett Gourlay to design something different for the southwest corner of the avenue at 18th Street: a new, 10-story residential condominium building with iridescent black brick façades."

Broker & Buyer Comments

This "sleek" boutique condo makes a "striking statement" with its "distinctive" black iridescent facade and large windows in prime Chelsea. The "full-service" building offers a "comprehensive" amenity package including a roof deck, gym, club room and attentive concierge. Its "enviable location" on 6th Avenue puts residents steps from "world-class shopping," from big-box retailers to luxury boutiques, while multiple subway lines are "just blocks away." A "modern sanctuary" that delivers "boutique living" with all the perks.
