Carter's Review

This 6-story, 20-unit residential condominium building at 124 West 24th Street in Chelsea was developed by the Metro Development Company of Philadelphia that bought it for about $15 million from Harold Milgrim. 

The conversion of the former loft building was completed in 2007. 

The beige-brick, mid-block building was erected in 1888. 

Bottom Line

The building, which offers easy access to excellent public transportation, is not far from Madison Square Park, Eataly and Shake Shack, as well as many boutiques and restaurants in Chelsea.

The top floor of this pleasant mid-block building has arched windows and the ground floor has retail space.
