The main part of the loft is organized into a dining area featuring an immense medieval-style wood & iron table, a cozy living area centered around the brick-framed windows, an open kitchen with commercial grade appliances plus an excavated-looking backsplash composed of left-over floor tiles, as well as a home theatre - which is considered to be the centerpiece of the loft. The theatre's screen is framed by a pair of Indian columns, a wooden arch support from a cathedral in the Bronx plus a stone lion's head from an old library. The loft's first level also features an office, guest bedroom with full bathroom, plus a powder room.
