Carter's Review
This handsome, red-brick, 14-story building was erected in 2001 and has 210 rental apartments.
The building has attractive masonry a doorman, a canopied entrance, a nice lobby, sidewalk landscaping, a roof deck, consistent fenestration and a garage. It has some terraces but not balconies and no health club. It is across from the School of Visual Arts.
It is close to the Madison Square Park and the very lively Flatiron District. There is good shopping and many nearby restaurants in this Chelsea neighborhood.
There is good cross-town bus service and subway stations at 23rd Street.
