This attractive, red-brick, 5-story building at 260 West 22nd Street between 7th and 8th avenues in Chelsea was built in 1905 and converted in the 1960s.  It has 9 co-operative apartments.

A mid-block, red-brick townhouse in Chelsea with a gated stoop and a stunning, skylit duplex penthouse.

Description

The red-brick building has a 7-step, gated stoop beside covered garbage receptacles. 

It has inconsistent but nice fenestration and protruding air-conditioners.

Amenities

The building has a roof deck, a live-in superintendent and is pet friendly.
