It is managed by The Brodsky Organization and is directly across from the General Theological Seminary. It was designed by Springsteen & Goldhammer.
It is also near the High Line and numerous restaurants.
Bottom Line
On an attractive block across from the General Theological Seminary, this building has a prime Chelsea location that is close to the High Line and many restaurants and art galleries.
