Carter's Review
This 6-story building at 433 West 24th Street between Ninth and Tenth Avenues in Chelsea was erected in 1898 and has 19 cooperative apartments.
The building is across from the very handsome, full-block London Terrace apartment complex on 24th Street that is one of the major landmarks of Chelsea and just to the east of a row of lovely low-rise houses.
Bottom Line
At the Tenth Avenue corner is the wonderful Trestle on Tenth restaurant and the High Line Elevated Park is on the other side of Tenth Avenue in this prime Chelsea location.
