Carter's Review

This 35-story glass tower with a distinctive top and two 13-story buildings at 507 West 28th Street along the High Line was erected in 2017 as part of a three-building complex with a total of 375 rental apartments of which 75 are “affordable.”

It was developed by Lalezarian Properties and designed by Avinash K. Malhotra.

The tower, which contains 220 units, is also known as 319 Tenth Avenue and is on the east side of the High Line.  The two smaller buildings have a total of 155 units and are to the west of the High Line.

The project is known at 507 West Chelsea and was previously known as Maestro West Chelsea.

All three buildings will have retail spaces.
