Carter's Review

This handsome, 12-story apartment building at 200 West 24th Street was erected in 2004.

Known as the Chelsea Royale, it has 20 two-bedroom, condominium apartments. It has a prime and very central Chelsea location on the southwest corner at Seventh Avenue, convenient to public transportation, shopping and many restaurants.

The orange-brick building has slightly arched windows on its top floor, which is faced with beige brick. It has a two story white masonry base and central air-conditioning.

The building has a concierge, a large and nice lobby, nine-foot-high ceilings, washers and dryers in every apartment, stainless steel kitchen appliances, oversized bathtubs and separate shower stalls.

Initial prices were about $900,000 to 1,175,000 for two bedroom apartments with two baths ranging in size from about 1,227 to 1,348 square feet.

The building has a landscaped sundeck.
