Carter's Review
This attractive, beige-brick, post-war, 20-story building close to Union Square Park has 237 rental apartments.
The mid-block building is convenient to both the Chelsea, Greenwich Village and Union Square neighborhoods.
It has a canopied entrance with a beige stucco entrance surround, some terraces, a concierge, consistent fenestration, a roof deck and a garage, but no sidewalk landscaping, no health club and no balconies.
It is close to St. Vincent's Hospital a couple of blocks to the south and the many impressive landmark buildings of the Ladies' Mile Historic District a few blocks to the north along the Avenue of the Americas.
There is considerable traffic in this area but also excellent public transportation.
