Bottom Line
This large, white-brick apartment building has a central location in Chelsea that is a short walk to London Terrace to the north and the General Theological Seminary to the south and convenient to many restaurants and art galleries. It is also not far from the High Line Elevated Park.
Description
The white-brick building is built full at the corner and then sets back slightly at its sides and the side-street elevation steps down a few floors.
The building has a handsome entrance on the sidestreet with a white marble surround, an elegant but simple marquee and very lush sidewalk landscaping.
