This 13-story residential condominium buiding at 130 West 20th Street was completed in 2008 and was designed by H. Thomas O'Hara.

The building has a 24-hour doorman, a lounge and media room, a rear "tranquility" garden, climate-controlled personal storage closets for each unit, and some terraces. Kitchens have Sub-Zero and Miele appliances, GeD Cucine cabinetry and Calacatta Oro Italian gold-veined marble countertops. Baths have Wenge wood cabinetry.

The building has an entrance marquee and three setbacks.

It is convenient to the Flatiron and Ladies' Mile districts and many restaurants.
