Bottom Line

A nice, mid-rise, rental building with multi-pane windows and ground-floor retail on Atlantic Avenue in Clinton Hill.

Description

The mottled red-brick building has a one-story retail gray base.

There is a broad, black bandcourse above the sixth floor and more than half of the top two floors are recessed and faced with gray brick.

The building has a broad, black cornice.

Windows are discretely framed in brick.

The building has discrete air-conditioners.

Amenities

The building has a landscaped roof deck, bicycle storage and a video intercom system.

Apartments

Apartments have multi-pane windows, 4-inch white oak floors and Bosch washers and dryers.  Several units have terraces.

Open kitchens have Caesarstone countertops with Mate Terra Grigio tile backsplashes, stainless-steel refrigerators and Bosch stainless-steel gas range and dishwasher.

Baths have Apuano Spazzolato Italian porcelain walls, Absolute Black granite vanity countertops and Toto toilets.
