Carter's Review

This attractive, 6-story residential condominium building at 315 Gates Avenue in the Clinton Hill area of Brooklyn was erected in 2016 by the Select Holding Corporation of which Afshin Dilmanian is an officer.

Karl Fischer was the architect.  Durukan Design did the interior designs.

It has 72 apartments.

It is convenient to subways.

Bottom Line

A pleasant mid-rise apartment building in Clinton Hill with a good amenity package.

Description

This white-and-red building is nicely modulated with some slightly projecting piers and a few setbacks on the 6th floor.

The building has a concierge, a virtual doorman, a live-in superintendent, a roof deck, a bicycle room, storage, a package room and parking.
