Bottom Line

This handsome, mid-rise building has a nice industrial-aesthetic with very handsome interior designs with grey-and-white accents and elegant lighting fixtures, all a block away from the famous Pratt Institute in the Clinton Hill section of Brooklyn.

Description

The burgundy brick façades give way to a cast-stone corner over a two-story-high entrance.

The façades are strongly accented by metal piers and projecting brick spandrels.

Most of the building is 6 stories tall with dark metal simple cornices above cast-stone elements.

Amenities

The building has a 24-hour attended lobby, an attended garage, a gym, garden terraces with barbecues, a sundeck with reflecting pool, wet bar, and elegantly lit cabanas and communal tables with striking lighting fixtures, and a dog run and pet grooming station.  There is a laundry on the second floor.
