This 16-story slab tower at 195 Willoughby Avenue between Ryerson Avenue and Grand Street in the Clinton Hill section of Brooklyn was erected in 1958 and has 287 co-operative apartments.  It is part of a two-building complex known as Willoughby Walk.  The other building at 185 Hall Street also has 287 co-operative apartments.

Bottom Line

An attractive, mid-rise, slab co-operative apartment building that is part of a twin building complex in Clinton Hill with a dramatic entrance marquee and landscaped driveway. 

Description

This pale-orange brick building has some balconies and an upturned, large entrance marquee.  It has a large driveway, discrete air-conditioners and sidewalk landscaping.

Amenities

The building has a full-time doorman, 24-7 security at their front entrances, a live-in superintendent, parking, a bicycle room, storage and a laundry.  Pets are welcome.

Apartments

Apartment 1013 is a three-bedroom corner unit with a 25-foot-long living room with a 9-foot-long dining alcove next to an enclosed kitchen.  The main bedroom has a balcony.

Apartment 704 is a two-bedroom unit with a 12-foot-long entry foyer that leads to a 23-foot-long living room with an 8-foot-wide dining foyer next to an enclosed 11-foot-long kitchen.  The main bedroom has a 15-foot-wide balcony.

Apartment 1706 is a two-bedroom unit with an 18-foot-long living room, an enclosed and windowed 16-foot-long kitchen and a master bedroom with a terrace.

Apartment 1703 is a one-bedroom unit with an 18-foot-long living room with a 7-foot-wide dining alcove next to an enclosed 9-foot-long kitchen and a 16-foot-wide balcony.

Apartment 308 is a one-bedroom unit with a 14-foot-long living room and a 17-foot-wide balcony.

Apartment 1509 is a studio unit with a 19-foot-long living room and an 8-foot-long, enclosed kitchen.
