Bottom Line
This attractive, 6-story building at 954 Bergen Street in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn is a handsome mid-rise residential building designed by Issac & Stern for Brookland Capital of which Boaz Gilad is a principal.

Description
The building is an almost jazzy 1950’s air about it with a brown-brick protruding façade next to a slightly recessed reflective glass “tower that partially overhangs the brown-brick façade. It’s rather neatly done and doesn’t ruffle too many feathers especially since it’s quite low-key in its detailing.
The building has a 19-car garage on its first floor.
Amenities
The building has a roof deck and bicycle storage.
