This 5-story building at 177 Concord Street in the Dumbo section of Brooklyn was converted in 2015 from a 1920, party-favor warehouse/factory to a 23 rental apartments.
The conversion was undertaken by Park Avenue Development & Management.
Karl Fischer was the architect for the project.
