This attractive, 14-story condominium apartment building at 211 Schermerhorn Street in Downtown Brooklyn has 48 units and was built in 2019. 

The developer is Oestreicher Properties with private equity fund GPB Capital Holdings. 

Morris Adjmi is the architect.

The building is faced with Danish bricks and the second and top floors have arched windows and all windows are multi-paned.
