"Snuggled close by the Brooklyn end of the Manhattan Bridge, this 18-story residential condominium building at 189 Bridge Street was completed in 2007 and commands spectacular views of the Lower Manhattan skyline, East River bridges and downtown Brooklyn.
The building is notable not only for its very prominent location, but also for its many balconies with rounded corners, its pinkish concrete façade with incised lines, and its stack of oval windows on one façade."
