Carter's Review
This attractive, maroon-brick building stands 7-stories tall and houses 58 apartments. Situated at 50 Bridge Street, between Plymouth and Water street in the DUMBO section of Brooklyn, 365 Bond dates back to 1894 when it once housed the Kirkman & Son Soap Company. In 2004, it was converted to the condominium you see before you.

A 2015 restoration of the building replaced a garage door with a very attractive, large, multi-paned window and gave the building a very handsome, large entrance surround with stepped capitals and top.
