This builder just looks good in the picture. They keep changing
superintendents and the boiler broke twice in one year. The porters are
lazy and don’t clean the building properly. Carpet is dirty and Trash
room never get whipped down. The walls & flooring are paper thin. The
washing machines don’t clean your clothes properly basically has very
little water when washing. No can use the gym, terrace and hasn’t
been assigned a place in the bike room because maintenance is to
lazy to keep those areas cleaned so tenants can’t use them. The super
doesn’t clean the sidewalks so dog poop & urine are all around.
Tenants Mail is being stolen all the time. Most of the tenants are very
unhappy and management doesn’t care. Don’t move there you will
regret it.
This is an absolutely beautiful building. Its a bright spot in an
otherwise gloomy neighborhood. I visited recently and I was absolutely
disappointed with what I saw. I'll start by saying the building is only two
years old and for all its beauty the building already has a DINGY AND
DISGUSTING FEEL AND VIBE TO IT. The tenants here have NO
PRIDE in the fact that they live in the nicest building in the area. The
elevators are dirty the lobby windows which are up high above the
vestibule area are broken. The carpeting in the hallways are filthy the
walls are dirty and scuffed and tenants leave garbage in the hallways.
The super and porter also have no pride in the work they do but it
could be the result of dealing with tenants who again simply have no
pride in where they live and no intention of living in a nice building. My
point is beautiful building with tons of potential and possibilities but the
occupants and staff of this property are a toxic mix . I would not move
here!!!
