The Pascal is an attractive, 8-story, mid-block, residential condominium building at 333 east 109th Street in East Harlem.

It has 35 apartments.

It was developed in 2010 by the Marx Development Group of Fresh Meadows of which David Marx is a principal.

Bottom Line

A pleasant mid-block rental building between Central Park and the great 1199 Plaza apartment complex on First Avenue.

The symmetrical, gray metal panel façade has glass-railed balconies at its sides ending in angled windows that are repeated on the top two, balcony-less floors.  A simple but very attractive composition that is highlighted by the light-colored discrete window air-conditioners.
