This 12-story building at 1810 Third Avenue between 100th and 101st streets in East Harlem was erected in 2008 and has 76 condominium apartments.
It is known as The Art House and was developed by P&G Equities.
It was designed by William Alicea of World Design Architecture PLLC.
It is also known as 194-8 East 101st Street and was originally a rental building.
Bottom Line
A simple, but bulky, red-brick, mid-rise residential condominium with good amenities on Third Avenue in East Harlem with a dazzling Keith Haring-style mailbox area.
Description
The red-brick building has a broad entrance canopy and discrete air-conditioners.
Part of its lobby is festooned with very psychelic, Keith Haring-style murals near the mailboxes.
