This development is known as The Style and consists of a 6-story, mid-block building at 51 East 131st Street and a 7-story, mid-block building at 48 East 132nd Street in Central Harlem. It was erected in 2016 by 1916 Partners LLC and designed by Gene Kaufman. The former building will have 12 condominium apartments and the latter will have 19. They will share a courtyard.
Alina Rodescu-Pitchon was the interior designer.
