This attractive, 10-story, mid-block, red-brick building at 189 Avenue C between 11th and 12th streets was erected in 2010 and converted to a condominium in 2016.

It was developed by 189 Avenue C Associates LLC of which Angelo Cosentini is a principal.

It was designed by Michael Muroff.

Bottom Line

An elegant red-brick, mid-rise building with a roof deck, gym and a doorman.  

Description

The building, which is setback at the 7th floor, has 4 light sconces on its ground floor.

It has four slightly projected piers and some thin limestone spandrels.

The building, which is also known as 254 East 12th Street, has about 2,200 square feet of commercial space on 12th Street.

The building has a doorman, a roof deck and a fitness center.

Apartments

Apartments have GE washers/dryers.

Kitchens have Fisher & Paykel refrigerators, Bosch ovens and dishwashers, and stone countertops.
