"This highly ornate and impressive, mid-block, 10-story building at 42 Ann Street between Nassau and William Streets contains 7 condominium apartments including a duplex penthouse.

The building, which is also known as 127 Fulton Street, was erected in 1893 for Keuffel & Esser and was designed by DeLemos & Cordes.  Keuffel & Esseer was founded in 1867 by William Keuffel and Herman Esser and was well-known for its survey and drafting instruments.  It became part of the Azon Corporation in 1987."
