Owned and managed by TF Cornerstone, this historic building at 45 Wall Street began its life as an office tower in 1959, designed by the prominent firm Voorhees, Walker, Smith & Smith. In 1997, it was reimagined as a luxury rental residence by Meltzer Mendl Architects. While many original architectural elements remain, the interiors offer a modern blend of finishes, including traditional stone, marble, and wood detailing. Residents enjoy high ceilings, pass-through kitchens, open layouts, wood-strip floors, oversized windows, and select homes feature private terraces and home offices with separate entrances.
