Overview of 59 John Street

59 John Lofts is a conversion development, reimagined into a boutique condominium by famed designer Andres Escobar. Tastefully done, and recently upgraded common areas make the building feel brand new. Residents have exclusive use of a finished large roof top deck with communal grills, an exercise room with cardio and weight training equipment, and a library lounge for quiet reading or entertaining guests.

Residents of 59 John Street have a front-row seat to the Financial District's incredible transformation. The area is quickly becoming a hotspot for high end retail, culinary excellence and entertainment and is even more desirable thanks to its convenient access to transportation and beautiful parks. A brand new Whole Foods is joining the neighborhood, and Eataly is steps away.

Carter’s Review

"In 2005, three floors were added by Broadway Management Co., Inc., to the former 9-story office building at this location to create a 74-unit residential condominium building to create setback penthouse apartments and add a distinctive roofline to the otherwise boxy building. Many of the penthouses have balconies and terraces.

It is on the northwest corner of William Street in the Financial District."
