Great value and nice apartments with good renovations
Love this building! I live here myself! The location is close to all the major subways, I have great restaurants outside my door. The building is very clean and has all of the basic amenities I would need.
High-rise office to condo conversion in FiDi. 26 Floors. 442 Apts. Over 60% sold. Marble lobby feels a bit office buildingish. Elevators have retained a nice deco feel and the hallway decor is art deco as well. Common area has a young club-like feel. Kitchen pantry has no oven--just a small dorm-sized fridge. Nice roof deck with great views. Gym is a bit on the small side.

Location is excellent: 1 block from the Fulton hub. Walking distance to City Hall and to Tribeca. Pricing per square foot and common charges are lower than others in the neighborhood making this an good choice for investors.
