Carter's Review
The Pell Loft Building at 24 West 30th Street is a handsome, mid-block, 12-story building that was erected in 1909 and approved for 18-residential condominium apartments in 2012, but several have been made into duplex units.
The developer is Fiam Buidling Associates of which David Justin is a partner.
Cornerstone Architects was the architect for the conversion.
