Staff is solid and amenities very good for the price. Lower floors are noisy -- the glass doesn't block much, and there is a constant stream of garbage trucks, construction vehicles, and taxis honking. Upper floors are quieter but the window treatments don't block much light. Leases are rent stabilized.
