This attractive, 34-story, mid-block residential condominium tower at 39 East 29th Street was completed in 2009.

It was developed by a joint venture of Espais Promocions Immobiliares of Barcelona, Spain, and Landscape Promocions Immobiliares of Madrid, Spain. According to records with the Department of Buildings, the owner is East 29th Street LLC of Miami, Florida, of which Mark Gemignani is a partner.

H. Thomas O'Hara is the architect.
