Carter’s Review

"Sky View Parc is a very impressive, 14-acre mixed-use development at 40-26 College Point Boulevard between Roosevelt Avenue and 40th Road in Flushing.

It was initially built by the Muss Development Company and Onex Real Estate Partners but the financial crisis in 2008 made Muss drop out.  In 2015, Onex sold the project's large retail mall and parking to Blackstone for $400 million. "
