"This attractive, 26-story apartment building at 112-01 Queens Boulevard between 75th Avenue and 75th Road in Forest Hills, Queens, was erected in 1991 by Kraus Enterprises.  It was known originally as The Embassy and is known now as the Pinnacle.  It has 219 condominium apartments. 

Crossland Savings took the building in September 1990 in lieu of foreclosure and then retained Sterling Equities to complete and market the building, according to an April 11, 1991 article by Suzanne Slesin in The New York Times."
