Overview of Quay Tower at 50 Bridge Park Drive

Quay Tower rises at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge Park where the East River meets the harbor, one of the most scenic locations in all of New York City. The 30-story tower offers direct, unobstructed views of the park, the waterfront, the Statue of Liberty, and the Manhattan skyline. Tall ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows further enhance the experience. Ther scenery may also be enjoyed from the high-rise “sunset lounge” with a fireplace and a catering kitchen and the shared roof deck that offers barbecue stations and outdoor dining areas. The Quay also features a spacious, double-height lobby, a 2,500-square-foot, park-facing fitness center with Peloton bikes and a boxing corner, a children’s playroom, a music room with a baby grand piano, a dryer-equipped pet washing station, bike parking, and resident storage. Service staff includes a doorman, 24-hour concierge, and valet parkers.

Brooklyn Bridge Park offers a variety of green spaces, sports fields, playgrounds, gathering areas with grilling stations, and ferry service to Manhattan, Queens, and along the Brooklyn waterfront. Brownstone-lined blocks of Brooklyn Heights and the vibrant shopping stretch on Atlantic Avenue sit a short walk away.
