This attractive, limestone-clad, 21-story apartment building at 160 East 22nd Street has 82 units and was completed in 2012.

It was originally developed by the Kaish & Taub Development Group Corporation and designed by Kutnicki Bernstein, but it was completed by Toll Brothers and designed by Perkins Eastman.

It is distinguished by a 25-foot-wide cantilever on Third Avenue.
