"This 7-story, red-brick building was erected in 1957 and converted to a cooperative in 1984. It has 122 cooperative apartments.

The building is close to Gramercy, Stuyvesant and Union Square Parks and the Flatiron District and their many impressive restaurants and stores. There is good public transportation at 14th Street."
