Carter’s Review

"Close to two of the city's loveliest small parks, Gramercy to the west and Stuyvesant to the south, this elegant pre-war building was erected in 1926 and converted to a cooperative in 1984. The 15-story, brown brick Italian-Renaissance-style structure has an attractive stone base and 113 apartments. Surrounded by some low-rise buildings, it has good views from its upper floors. Close to both the Flatiron and Union Square districts and their many popular restaurants and stores, this doorman building is in one of the city's most desirable areas. It is also not far from a cineplex. Cross-town buses run on 14th and 23rd Streets, which also have subway stations."
