Overview of 277 Fifth Avenue

Located in the heart of NoMad, one of Manhattan's most vibrant neighborhoods where Midtown's convenience meets Downtown's energy, 277 Fifth Avenue stands as the tallest completed residential building on Fifth Avenue. Designed by the late architect Rafael Viñoly, the tower places much of its vertical structural elements along the perimeter to create open, column-free interiors, enhancing flexibility and the sense of space.     The building's 130 residences, designed by Jeffrey Beers International, are filled with natural light and feature a harmonious blend of warm, natural materials. At the top, a series of penthouse residences offer sweeping, panoramic views of the city, from Central Park to New York Harbor.     A light-filled suite of amenities, designed by Jeffrey Beers International, spans two floors and offers residents carefully curated spaces for relaxation, socializing, and recreation. A lobby library by Assouline features a double-height bookcase wall and a entertainment suite has a bar and private dining room with catering pantry. Other bells and whistles include a fitness club that opens onto a furnished terrace overlooking Fifth Avenue, a gaming lounge, and a kids' club.

Carter’s Review

"This handsome, 55-story tower at 277 Fifth Avenue on the southeast corner at 30th Street was due for completion in 2019 by The Victor Group, Lend Lease and Shokai, the largest residential developer in Beijing.

It has been designed by Rafael Vinoly, who designed 432 Park Avenue between Madison and Park Avenues and 56th and 57th streets that was the tallest residential tower in the city when completed in 2016."
