Carter’s Review

"This 16-story apartment building was erected in 1960 and converted to a cooperative in 1985. Located on a pleasant street east of Irving Place and across from the landmark Con Edison Building and a large parking lot used by the utility, this building is convenient to both Union Square, Gramercy Park and the Flatiron District. The very attractive Stuyvesant Park and St. George's Episcopal Church are one block east. The white-brick structure has 248 apartments and numerous balconies as well as a concierge and doorman. Express subway stations and crosstown buses are nearby on 14th Street and the neighborhood abounds in many restaurants and stores. Third Avenue traffic in this bustling area is two-way."
