Comment About the Building

There is a new fitness center, landscaped roof deck, bike room, full time doorman and concierge, courtyard and parking garage. This ia a very fair board that looks at each propect independently and will judge the buyers fairly. Gramercy is one of the hottest neighborhoods in Manhattan with some of the best restaurants in the city: Gramercy Tavern, Union Square Cafe, Bolo, Haru, Japonais; best food shopping: Whole Foods, Trader Joe`s, The Union Square Farmers Market; all major subway lines stop at the Union Square station; and fabulous shopping on nearby Fifth Avenue: Banana Republic, Gap, Coach, Juicey, Ann Taylor, and Anthropologie to list a few.

More Comments About the Building

".The building is full service, built by Birchwood associates, there is a small gym and awesome roof deck and parking. Three block walk to train. steps to irving place/union square/park so. etc.."
"Small Gym, laundry room, great planted roofdeck. The board is more conservative that most. Usually working from a 28% income ration. Does not allow parents to purchase for children, but does allow monetary gifts. Will interview the purchaser first. Then discuss at meeting a few days later. Pied a terres discouraged. Closest subways are the NR or 6 at Union Square or 23rd Street."
"24-hr doorman, concierge, gym, health club, roofdeck"
