Carter’s Review

"In between such important city landmarks as Gramercy Park and the Con Edison tower on 14th Street, this 16-story, white-brick apartment house has a very convenient location near the heart of one of the city's loveliest areas. The 278-unit building was erected in 1963 and converted to a cooperative in 1984. It is just down the block from Irving Place, noted for its many interesting restaurants, and not far from express subway stations. The building, which is stepped, has some balconies and terraces and an attractive lobby."
