The 14-story apartment building at 148 East 24th Street between Lexington and Third Avenues is known as One48.
It was development by ADG Langsam, a partnership between Langsam Property Services and the American Development Corporation, of which Perry Finkelman is chief executive officer.
It opened in 2011 and has 55 condominium apartments.
Michael Even of EM Design Group was the architect.

An attractive, mid-block apartment building not far from Gramercy Park and public transportation.

This attractive mid-block apartment building has several stepped terraces on its western frontage and is close to Gramercy Park and the surrounding neighborhood’s many restaurants.

Mr. Finkelman, the developer, manufactured his own lines of faucets and door handles, creating his own brand names, Vasser for the faucets and Schluss for the door handles.

Master baths have deep soaking tubs with rainshowers, storage cabinets with full-length mirrors and bamboo vanities.
Apartment 3F is an alcove studio apartment with a 444-square-foot terrace and an open kitchen.
Apartment 14C is a one-bedroom unit with a 16-foot-long living/dining room and an open kitchen with an island and small terrace.
