Carter’s Review

"This attractive, large, 20-story, white-brick apartment building in the heart of the east Midtown South area is convenient to the Midtown South office district and not far from the Gramercy Park, Flatiron and Murray Hill districts as well as the many major hospitals along First Avenue.

It has several setbacks, some angled, with terraces and its top three floors. It has a roofdeck, a doorman, a garage and some balconies."

Broker & Buyer Comments

This "full-service" Gramercy North residence offers "around-the-clock" doorman service and a "comprehensive" amenity package including a "common roof deck", storage facilities and "convenient" bike room. The "prime location" near Madison Square Park and "excellent transit access" (6/R/W trains) make this "well-equipped" building a "practical choice", while the private garage adds "coveted convenience" for drivers.

Price/Room (Est)

Why are we displaying the estimated price per room?

For some co-ops, instead of price per square foot, we use an estimate of the number of rooms for each sold apartment to chart price changes over time. This is because many co-op listings do not include square footage information, and this makes it challenging to calculate accurate square-foot averages.

By displaying the price per estimated room count, we are able to provide a more reliable and consistent metric for comparing sales in the building. While we hope that this gives you a clearer sense of price trends in the building, all data should be independently verified. All data provided are only estimates and should not be used to make any purchase or sale decision.
