Two adjoining and very handsome pre-war industrial buildings that have been converted to co-operative apartments not far from Gramercy Park.

310 East 23rd Street has a very handsome entrance with a curved pediment beneath an oculus window and a highly decorative façade with rustication at the sides and attractive spandrels and mullions in the center. It has a bandcourse above its 10th floor.
