Carter's Review
This handsome, 6-story, mid-block, Neo-Renaissance-style building at 105 East 19th Street between Park Avenue South and Irving Place was erected in 1920 and has 25 co-operative apartments.
It is known as "The Goelet" and was designed by Neville & Bragg.
It is one block south of Gramercy Park and is convenient to numerous restaurants.

Description
The building has a rusticated limestone, one-story base with a three-step stoop and an entrance surround flanked on each side by two banded columns and arched windows. The 6th floor also has arched windows. There is an ornate bandcourse above the first story and the window surrounds on the second story have attractive pediments.
The beige-brick building has a nice cornice and a central fire-escape. It also has some flowerbeds on the first story.
The building permits window air-conditioners.
Amenities
The building has a daytime superintendent and an elevator. It permits cats.
