Overview of The Tower at Gramercy Square at 215 East 19th Street

Ensconced in its own park-like oasis, Gramercy Square introduces effortless luxury in one of Manhattan's most coveted downtown neighborhoods. The condominium comprises four architecturally distinct buildings - The Tower, The Boutique, The Prewar and The Modern - interconnected by idyllic garden spaces and an expansive private amenities club.

Conceived and designed by internationally esteemed architects Woods Bagot, Gramercy Square offers studio to four-bedroom layouts, from charming garden homes to dramatic penthouses, all enjoying the comfort and convenience of full-service condominium living in the historic Gramercy Park neighborhood.

The Tower at Gramercy Square offers some of the highest ceilings and most graciously-scaled layouts. Its residences also boast generous proportions, and exceptional exposure to sunlight and views through nearly floor-to-ceiling windows.

Curated by La Palestra, New York's premier holistic health and wellness authority, The Gramercy Club encompasses 18,000 square feet and includes a lauded meditation studio co-designed MNDFL. Additional amenities include a state-of-the-art gym, yoga studio, 75-foot skylit pool, hot tub, sauna and steam rooms, golf simulator, children's playroom, recreation room, media room, club room, dining room, wine cellar, catering kitchen, and lounge with garden exposure.

Gramercy Square also includes 20,000-square-feet of tranquil green spaces designed by celebrated architect M. Paul Friedberg Partners. They range from multi-tiered courtyard gardens to shady walks to expansive rooftop terraces planted with trees and lawns.
