Bottom Line

A well-located, mid-rise development in Greenpoint with great Manhattan views from its nicely landscaped roof deck and a fireplace in its residents’ lounge.

Most apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows.

The top floors have four apartments with private terraces.

There are some duplex units.

The building has a revolving door entrance.
