Carter's Review

This very attractive, 6-story building at 116 University on the southwest corner at 13th Street was designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and was completed in 2018 with 5 full-floor condominium apartments.

It was developed by Ranger Properties and Sagamore Capital.

It is adjacent to 21 East 12th Street, a 23-story condominium apartment designed by Annabelle Selldorf on the former site of Bowlmor Lanes.

Bottom Line

A stunningly simple, white-brick building, it is distinguished by its very elegant, large, inset and coffered windows.

The building’s fire stairs are placed at an angle near its western end.

The building has an entrance marquee and there is ground-floor retail with large show windows.

Apartments
